A highly experienced (and well respected local) physiotherapist, Helen graduated from Brighton University in 1994 with a BSc (Hons) degree in physiotherapy. She gained experience in all areas of physiotherapy before specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Having worked in the UK and New Zealand in both NHS and private practice Helen completed her advanced practitioner MMACP qualification in 2003. This together with extensive postgraduate education has provided Helen with the clinical skills and expertise across a broad range of conditions including spinal, upper and lower limb pain, sports injuries, and pelvic girdle problems enabling her patients to reach their individual goals whether returning to work, sport or general activity.
In her spare, time Helen enjoys yoga, mountain biking, HIIT training, sailing and generally keeping active.
