Bridgette is passionate about biomechanics - how and why things work the way they do - and ensuring that each of her clients is treated holistically and as such incorporates much exercise and education into each of her treatment sessions. She believes that you should walk away from your treatment not only knowing what you have injured but why, how to get moving again and how to move better in the future.
